Meetings are planned calls between up to 50 participants, scheduled on the fly or planned for the future.

  1. Simply press the ‘Plan New Meeting’ button on the left-hand side of your home Dashboard to get started and a pop-up will appear front and center.

  2. You can also plan a meeting from the chatbox itself, simply head to the ‘Meetings’ tab in your chatbox, hit the calendar icon with a ‘+’ and the same pop-up will appear.

  3. You can a title and description so people know why the meeting is being held.

  4. Click ‘Next’ where you can choose between single and multi-day meetings, and choose your start and end times & dates.

  5. Add existing members of Tevent by entering their names, or you can invite others to join by email if they’ve not yet set up a profile.

  6. Once you’re ready, hit Create & Invite to lock your meeting in. You can easily edit the dates and times by clicking the pencil icon in the corresponding Chatbox on your left. Nice and easy.

  7. Pressing the ‘-’ on the chat will close the chatbox from view, and a bubble will appear on the top left of your navigation bar so that you can easily reopen it later.

  8. You can record meetings just as you would an Event, so you can keep track of the important conversations.

  9. You can find your Meetings scheduled past and present in your chatbox, under both Chats and Meetings.

  10. From the drop-down menu next to the Meeting title, you can rename, view users, add users, cancel the meeting copy the link, view recordings, change the chat privacy settings, and even leave the chat if you want.
